I got a confirmation code (On Feb 20th when netfile opened, it's now March 17th), I called CRA and they told me it was an error code and then told me to just start a new 2016 refund since the first didn't go through and they have no record of me filing. but every time I click "Start new refund" it just goes back to my old confirmation page..... I'm depending on my refund to pay bills and cannot wait the 6 weeks to mail it in. Can I just make a new turbo tax account even though I did my 2015 with the same email address?
