    Can anyone help please as I am having difficulty accessing my 2020 file (not finished). Every time I select that file, it connects me to 2021?

    Unfortunately as seen in our TurboTax FAQ: Where can I access TurboTax Online for prior tax years? TurboTax Online 2020 is no longer accessible. If it was not completed you will need to prepare a new return, see TurboTax Desktop.
