Can i get help from Turbotax to verify my identity with CRA when i have filed my returns already but no response from CRA?
I have filed my returns manually (sent them physical copies) since e-file was returning error in validating my profile. Now when i try to log in to CRA, it doesnt validate my identity. Cani get help from Turbotax?

Sorry, TurboTax cannot act as a representative for you and receive information from CRA. You should contact CRA directly by calling them at 1-800-959-8281 and explain your situation. They will likely ask you many questions to verify your identity so be sure you have any tax returns you have filed recently and in the past if they need a specific number.
