children not in canada

My kids are not in Canada. Do I need to click "yes" on this question - Do you have children or financially support another person?

However, we need more information in order to better assist you, for example:

• Status of your residency 
• Children's status
• Age of your children
• Whether you support them financially or not
• Duration of their absence from Canada
• Whether they are on vacation or not

I’m a temporary resident with work permit. I recently transitioned from being an international student to working.. my kids are back home ages 10 and 9.. I do support them financially since I send money back in my home country.. they’ve never been here in Canada and do not have any Canadian tourist visa or any visa at all..
