Disability insurance premiums as a medical expense?

I have my group benefits through my employer from a private company (manulife). Some of my premiums, like health and dental, are shared between my employer and myself. But the long term and short term disability premiums are 100% paid by myself and deducted off of my pay. When filing my taxes, can I claim all of the health, dental, std, Ltd premiums that I have paid myself under "Employee-paid premiums for private health service plans"?  For whatever reason my employer has not put these premiums on box 85 on my t4 which should report my contributions.

Only dental, extended health and travel insurance qualify as a medical expense. Disability insurance premiums do not qualify for this credit.
