Filling out 2008 and 2009 of Form S100

I can't filling out Total tangible capital assets (2008) and Accumulated amortization of total tangible capital assets (2009) of Balance Sheet (Form S100).

Do you know how to input them in the form.

I am in Canada and doing T2 Tax return. I can't input value for 2008 and 2009  code in Asset section of Schedule 100 Form.  Could you please guide how to do it?
