Declared dependents correctly. Dropdown for medical expenses does not show the dependents. Called in and TT said its a bug, When will this be fixed? Waiting to file.

I have add/remove the dependents. Tried on W10 with IE, FF, and Chrome. Tried on Mac Majove Safari, FF and Chrome. Waiting for fix.

Is the dependant over 18?

Yes. He is disabled and requires 24/7 care. This worked no issue last year

First off, make sure that on the “Your Medical Profile for 2018” page you have checked off “You paid medical expenses for a dependant (other than your spouse or children under 18 years of age)” at the bottom of the page.

Second, if you have anything else checked off on that page, you will need to go through those first, as the page for other dependants is at the end of that part of the interview. You have to be on the “Medical Expense For Other Dependants” page to add expenses for someone over 18.

Have all the correct settings. Turbo tax staff acknowledged it was a bug and I was not the only one with an issue
