First time filing taxes

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the CRA not accepting my NETFILE tax return. I haven't file it before but the system kept telling me I have. What should I do? Thank you very much.

If this is your first year filing a Canadian income tax return, you will need to print and mail your return. It will not accept it through NetFile if CRA doesn't have any of your information on file.
