Open TurboTax
If you get NETFILE error code N1, it means that the ID info submitted with the return doesn't match what the CRA has on record from Service Canada.
You can check your SIN card or letter from Service Canada to make sure the name and SIN match the info on your current tax return.
If you still get this error after your second attempt, contact the CRA for assistance.
