Hi, I didn't receive an email confirmation or confirmation number after I submitted my returns via Netfile several weeks ago. Is there a way to check on their status?

If you filed your taxes using TurboTax you can check if you received a NetFile Confirmation Code by following this link:How do I find my NETFILE confirmation number? If you have that Confirmation Code and still haven't received your refund or Notice of Assessment (NOA), you should check with CRA on the status of your return.

Here's some more information on how to check the status of that return with CRA: I filed my tax return using NETFILE but didn't receive my refund or Notice of Assessment.

@Troy1974 We are not able to access your returns, so we can't send you that infomation. However, if you used TurboTax Online, you can login to your account and check the status of your return - it will tell you if the return was NETFILEd. If it says "In Progress", then the return was not NETFILEd and you'll have to try again.

You can also check CRA's MyAccount to see the status of your return.
