I've done my spouse and my taxes together. He owes but I do not. Is there a way to deduct his balance due from my tax refund?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to deduct from your refund to put it towards your spouse's balance owing. The Canada Revenue Agency will issue your refund to you and your spouse will receive a Notice of Assessment indicating the balance owing.
