I came to Canada this year, and I had no income during the period I was not in Canada. I reported my income as 0 for that period, but I kept getting an error asking me to enter my income for that time. Eventually, my NETFILE got locked. What exactly does it want?
What is the exact error message that you are getting regarding income?
You will need to contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and ask for your NETFILE account to be unlocked.
