I am unable to send my tax return to the CRA because of "locked forms". I do not have any of the forms you listed as locked in a previous question. My return is a very simple, straight forward return. You already got my money. I have called your help line and they were completely useless in helping me. They can't explain the problem and just keep telling me it should be unlocked at some point. I can't access "chat". I'm feeling very angry and ripped off by your company. I need someone who can actually help me.
Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online? Are you in Quebec and do you have a T5 slip?
