I am unable to send my tax return to the CRA because of "locked forms". I do not have any of the forms you listed as locked in a previous question. My return is a very simple, straight forward return. You already got my money. I have called your help line and they were completely useless in helping me. They can't explain the problem and just keep telling me it should be unlocked at some point. I can't access "chat". I'm feeling very angry and ripped off by your company. I need someone who can actually help me.
Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online? Are you in Quebec and do you have a T5 slip?
I am in Quebec and completed the returns for my wife and I. Just after we paid for processing both of our returns, we received the error message that forms are locked. Our returns were not complicated.
Can you please give us an estimate as to when this problem will be resolved. We like to file as early as possible to get our refunds quickly.

I am experiencing the same issues as raised in the initial post of this discussion. I use the online version, am in Quebec and have a T5 on an otherwise very simple tax situation (i.e., no capital gains, no losses, etc.).
It is frustrating that TurboTax let their client spend hours online to prepare the returns, take their money, and then, when it is time to file the return, let them know it is not available without providing a date of resolution. We are in March 2025. Fix it!
@SebastM1 These forms are still locked by CRA & RQ and not finalized by yet. Please refer to this link Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?
We do not have any ETA on this yet but as soon a these forms gets finalize we will be updating them in TurboTax for accurate calculations.
