When I attempt to submit my return I keep getting the message " you cannot submit through Netfile as you used an accountant or tax preparer. Nowhere did I indicate anyone other than myself completed my tax return.
How do I change this so I can submit my return through Netfile, as I have done for the last 5 or more years?
