My Netfile Account is locked. TurboTax says contact CRA to unlock it but CRA says that TurboTax has to unlock it. Does anyone know how to get Turbo tax to do it?
Uncertain of what you mean by "locked Netfile" account - if you are unable to access your MyCRA account then you would have to contact the CRA. If you are getting a Netfile error while attempting to file your tax return then you would contact our support team for assistance.
Here is the message I get when I try to Netfile, CRA says TurboTax has to unlock it from your end:

This is a message from the CRA as they are the ones responsible for the NetFile- As per the CRA: The link given shows: We are unable to complete your request at this time. If you need to reach us please try our toll free number at 1-800-959-8281.
