I am getting an error when trying to NetFile to CRA but there is no code that is provided.
We're sorry, the Canada Revenue Agency was unable to accept your NETFILE tax return.

I am getting a message to try again in a few minutes but I have come back a few times and I am still getting the same error.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Make sure to check your personal information, like your name & address. Make sure the information matches what the CRA has for you. If you are not sure what they have on file for you, you can and confirm it with them.

I am getting the same message as well , called turbo tax they said it wasnt on their end so call CRA
which doesnt help because you either get hungup on or your on the phone for 3+hours

If you have a NAC (Netfile Access Code), try removing it; it is not mandatory.
it's not that - i don't submit it
@Sarahhh Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online? What tax year? Did you import your information from your previous year's return? Did you use Auto-fill to enter your tax forms?

Turbotax Online and then i also used TurboTax app on my phone to try and submit
2025 year and first one i did the auto fill
second time i tried i didnt
ive tried all the things ive seen online to try and nothing works- i paid twice to use the service and cant even netfile either time.
