Open TurboTax
Please try clicking on Finish & File or some other option in the left side menu.
If that doesn't work, please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team for more assistance.

I noticed this defect as well. After the third attempt I stopped clicking continue and clicked on the left side menu entry to proceed to Netfile. Continue skips and exits the program.
