Why won't the return go from review to netfile?

it seems to be looping at review.

Please try clicking on Finish & File or some other option in the left side menu.

I noticed this defect as well.  After the third attempt I stopped clicking continue and clicked on the left side menu entry to proceed to Netfile.  Continue skips and exits the program.
