CRA Netfile service is now open (starting at 6 AM Eastern time on
February 20th). All of the TurboTax products have been certified by the
CRA for Netfiling for the 2016 Tax Year.

"Next" in TurboTax. THis should resolve the issue.

Tells me I can't netfile cause it needs an update
Today, February 22, 2021, was the first day NETFILE from the Canada Revenue Agency was available. Please sign in and try again. All updates have been completed.
