I can't Netfile my return though I know many others who could do so yesterday. Is this because I'm using an older version of Windows? I had no issues installing and completing my returns...

We're aware of an issue with the CRA terms and conditions and expect to have a resolution for you tomorrow. If you'd prefer not to wait, you can choose to file your return manually to the CRA, as described in TurboTax below the NETFILE terms and conditions error, but we'd recommend that you wait until we've resolved the issue. Thanks for your patience. We'll reply back as soon as we have some news for you.

This issue has been resolved.

When you open TurboTax, TurboTax will prompt you to update. Once you’ve installed the update, you’ll be able to transmit your return(s) to CRA’s NETFILE service.
