I bought the Turbo Tax Deluxe from Costco and it claims that there are 8 returns. After my brother's registration, I found that I cannot use it. I typed the activation code, but the error keeps showing. May I know how my brother and I can share the deluxe online edition. Thanks a lot.
What error number or message are you getting? If you are sharing the same software, it must be used only in 1 account. If he registered it under his email, your email will not work as the activation code has been used for a different account. Please try using our link with your information and password: 2023 Online return.
