Can you please provide more information about your problem? What's happening when you try to upload the file?

My New device is a MAC and it is my understanding I have to use TurboTaX online version SW, previous years I was on a PC and used the downloaded desk top SW. I have transferred from the PC all TTxx files from previous years to the MAC device. I have started on new return for 2025 and cannot retrieve data from 2024 during the data transfer step. The SW allows me to choose the .TT24 file then looks for the SIM number associated with the file (entered) and then prompts me for a password if the file is password protected which I leave blank. I continue and it appears the program is uploading the file (pin wheel spinning on a blank page) and then returns to previous page with message”Something went wrong, please try again.
