What shall I do to continue with my file or to correct this problem? It keeps asking me to enter my area code and phone number which I already did?
I'm sorry to hear that you are
having this problem. To resolve this issue, select everything that is in the Area
Code and Phone Number boxes and delete it. Then re-type them making sure to not
use any special characters or spaces. The Area Code should be 6 characters, ex:
A1B 2C3. The phone number must be a Canadian or US number: 416 452 8589
