Can you please clarify where it says pay for product subscription?

At the end it was saying to pay . It didn’t let me to complete my tax return without pay so I just pay it . I am looking for refund now . Because as per my knowledge I didn’t buy any deluxe subscription

T4 forms and tuition fee T2202 that’s all . And before apply I already check that I am eligible for free apply. For your reference I attach screenshot which say employment income document and tution fee document free
