I have an error code N1. All information is the same as the CRA site. Unable to file. I have 2 more attempts left. I had the same issue last year

 

Filing

Please double-check that your personal information matches what the CRA has on file for you. Ex: SIN, DOB, name, address, and marital status. 
Sign in to your CRA "My Account" to verify your information. If the information is the same, contact the CRA at 1-800-959-8281, as this error is generated by CRA.

I have the same problem.  Called CRA verified all information is correct. At this point I am wondering if its a turbo tax issue!

Error code N1 can be because you answered the question wrong—when it asked if it was your first time filing with the CRA, you said YES instead of NO, or vice versa. 

 

Go back to your "tax profile" in your return and click on "Mandatory Questions." The first one asks, "Is this your first tax return being filed with the CRA?" 

If you've ever filed a tax return before, or if someone has filed one for you, select No.
