Exactly my issue. The form stays in the declaration as “draft” and nothing allows me to file in Quebec. Even clearing the form and taking the ceroes out does not do anything. To be honest, the form shouldn’t even be there in the first place because I did not select anything that would make the software trigger it at all.
I hear from friends that other competitors software allows Quebec filing and I am now considering purchasing it and just giving Turbotax up in its entirety due to this issue. I have declarations to do for all my family and blocking me from filing is the last issue I expected, especially after so many years as returning customer…

It is now March 19th and I'm also having issues with trying to efile my Quebec tax return. I was able to efile my CRA tax return but not Quebec. Could you please provide an expected date to file as this is creating a major headache for my clients who are expecting refunds. Thank you
