We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your license code. When you Download directly from TurboTax.ca, your license code appears on the electronic receipt that's emailed to you.

It’s a good idea to check your junk mail folder to make sure your TurboTax receipt didn’t end up there by mistake. If you haven't received your receipt by email within 24 hours of  purchase, contact TurboTax Support to get a copy.

To talk to a TurboTax specialist, begin by filling out the TurboTax Contact Us page form and telling us which platform and version of TurboTax you’re using.

 

Once you complete the form, the phone number to speak to a TurboTax agent will appear.

You'll see the approximate wait time to speak with an agent. If the estimated wait exceeds 20 minutes, TurboTax will automatically call you back (in the order in which the requests are received) once the queue returns to a manageable amount.
