Please make sure to enter the dashes and correct numbers. Please see the answer above and verify that you are in fact using an activation meant for an Online software and didn't mistakenly bought desktop software as the activation codes are not the same. If you do have Online please go to https://shop.app.intuit.ca/activate?rootProfile=ca&locale=en-ca to activate.
