Cannot authorize credit card, so cannot file taxes

It is saying that my credit card cannot be authorized. All details entered are correct.

I am now a resident in the UK. Please can you provide an email or a number that I can call (free of charge) from outside of Canada? I do not have a Facebook or Twitter account, so please do not tell me to contact you through social media.

No. It is only toll free in Canada.

If you are using TurboTax Online, you can also download the app on your phone, and use Apple Pay or Google Pay to pay for your return.
