Talk to an expert assistant overseas

Hi, 

I paid for  TurboTax Live Full Service. I have all my documents ready, and I would like to contact to an expert .

 

I live overseas and I don't have a Canadian phone active and my foreing phone number doesn't work . How can I contact to an expert? Do you offer video calls or WhatApp calls? 

 

Please, let me know how to do it. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, Full Service tax experts can only call Canadian numbers.

Troubleshooting

I am in the same situation.  why are you only able to contact within Canada?  There are plenty of people who live overseas who need to do their taxes. 

 

What is an alternative if Turbo Tax cannot do it?

Troubleshooting

The only other thing you can do is, print off the tax forms from the CRA- fill them out and fax your return to them. 

 

1- Choose what province you lived in December 31, 2022, from here.

2- Complete your return and  you can fax it to the CRA.
