I've lost my activation code. I've checked in my accounts and the last 4 years of (2020 to 2023) all still show as purchased, but I can't get the activation code itself from my online account settings. I've checked my spam and trash for my email.

@BahamutX Did you already use your activation code? You can only use your TurboTax Online code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.

It's not an online code. This is for the downloaded/desktop version. My online account just shows my purchase history. I have never filed or entered or used the turbotax online service.
