Hello TurboTaxAntiqua, are you real or a Bot?
I ask because the same response has been made 3 or 4 times now, I have requested a refund and it's been closed with no explanation.

When i look to download there is no version called deluxe on the Canadian website. How do i download and activate if its not even showing? Doesn't show for online deluxe version either?

If you bought the same version I did, "TurboTax Deluxe Online Edition 2024 (PC) - 1 User - 8 Returns - English - Digital Download", then you can't activate it using your Activation Code, you have to do your taxes on the Turbo Tax website, <https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/online>.
If you want the Desktop version you will have to request a refund and re-purchase the correct TurboTax Deluxe version, not the Online version

@Louise4845 If you have purchased the TurboTax desktop version, you can download it from this link: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/desktop
To activate your TurboTax Online Deluxe version, please visit this link. Select that "I have an account," log into your account, and proceed to the second step by adding your 16-digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product.
