I am trying to install 2024 and I get to a point when the program is looking for updates. At that point I get a message that I am not connected to the internet. Obviously I am.

I tried reinstalling over the previous installation and then I tried uninstalling and installing again. Each time I received  the same message, that I was not connected to the internet.

@DaveC73 @DavidR22 Please try installing TurboTax again as the issue should be resolved.

Bought home and business program online for $150.  Ads say good for 12 users. First person used the code , sent to second.     2nd used the code ,   3rd tried the code.  We got error 608.  Telling us CODE ALREADY REGISTERED ,  NO MORE ALLOWED.  What does our family do.   This is our 10th year doing turbo tax this way 

@Rickie B TurboTax Desktop can be installed on 3 different computers but, what's different this year is you have to sign in to your Intuit account to activate. It's one license code per account. This means, if the code was activated under one account, it cannot be activated under another one. We suggest you to read this article for more information.

I purchased turbtax standard at costco today and I am having difficulty executing the download???

i have been using turbo tax for years using the cd and not problems,  but the download is presenting problems

can I just return it to costco and get a refund???
