I bought a 2024 turbotax standard from Walmart. It will not except the 12 didget code from the turbo tax package

@Tryand tryandtry First, please make sure that you are using the right code - there should be 16 characters, not 12.

Also, with TurboTax Desktop, you will be asked for the licence code when you install the software. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information on the licence code: Where is my TurboTax licence code? You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the 2024 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).

What error code are you getting?

I have an Apple Mac.  For the last 10 years I ran a Parallels SW partition for Windows.  This was done

to accomodate Turbotax.    In the process of upgrading.   Do I have to continue to run a separate Parallels environment  or do you a version that's compatible with Apple MaC O/S.

@RodStab TurboTax Desktop version is not compatible with Apple MAC OS. You have to run a separate Parallels environment.
