Either you don't know anything about Canadian Taxes or you don't understand a single word of English right?

This is how you alienate your customer base.

I reported this error back on February 26th with an agent I stayed on the phone with for more than an hour.

With all the information she got from me, I was told the support team would get back to me within 7 to 10 days.

It's been 17 days.

I had no problems filing with Quebec (already got my refund) but I'd like/need the money from my Federal refund.

I tried over at Wealth Simple but couldn't make it work somehow. 

Anybody with this error been able to file as of today March 15th?

@Idiotjed Please review your T4 slip:

If box 10 indicates Quebec as the province of employment: Verify that boxes 16 and 16A are empty.

If box 10 indicates a province other than Quebec: Verify that boxes 17 and 17A are empty.
