When I log in and try to continue my refund it says we are building your tax profile and stays that way until it times out, no error messages

I'm also having the same problem - I cleared all cache on my browser but it was not resolved.

I figured it out- I was using an old Internet Explorer. It worked fine when I ran turbotax from google chrome.
