I was on the phone with support for several minutes, but they were not helpful at all.   I eventually created the year-over-year report myself -- manually.

There is an option for Year Over Year Comparison in the Review section. It's available in all versions of TurboTax Online, but's only available if you transferred in your info from last year.

@mjc- In TurboTax Online, there is a Year Over Year Comparison, as well as the comparison between you and your spouse in the Review section. You just have to continue through the pages to get to them.
