Turbotax 2024 not installing properly
Turbotax 2024 is not installing properly. I am able to download and run the exe file to install Turbotax software. After the install process the window to enter the license code briefly appears for a couple of seconds and then the Turbotax window just goes blank white and sits idol.

Troubleshooting
Try uninstalling it and then redownloading the exe file through a different browser.
And then try installing.

Changing resolution makes no difference. There is an issue with the software during the install process. I have tried installing on two separate computers and have the same issue. The screen to enter the license code briefly appears but changes to a white screen with the Tubitax header.

@leakly If you can't find the software installer after downloading, check your Downloads folder, search your computer for the file name, and consider temporarily disabling antivirus software or clearing the %temp% folder
- The installer file is likely saved in your Downloads folder, which is the default location for downloaded files.
- Open File Explorer and navigate to the Downloads folder.
- Look for the file with the installer name or extension (e.g., .exe, .msi).
- Sometimes, antivirus software might block or quarantine the installer file, preventing you from finding it or running it.
- Temporarily disable your antivirus software (if you have one) and then search for the installer file again.
