Troubleshooting

Have you gone to https://accounts.intuit.com/ and checked that the email address on file is the correct one? Login, then select "Sign in & security" from the left side menu to view & change your email address.

 

Also check in your email program to see if it's accidentally filtering TurboTax emails and either deleting them or putting them in a folder that they are not supposed to go into.
