So, when you click the continue button on the page in your screenshot, does it show the page in my screenshot above, you just can't edit anything? Try clearing your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team for more assistance.
You can also adjustments using the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) My Account service or you can print & mail a T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request.
