You will need to call our phone support team as they will be able to help you further with this issue. When you call, tell the automated attendant what your problem is, and then when it asks if you want it to send you information by text message or email, say no. Then it will collect some info and transfer you to a live agent. They are currently available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.
