Error Code 603- Activate - After Last Update

TurboTax 2025 - Standard. I received notification to update my activated version. After it installed and Turbotax restarted it said to activate my version. I have already activated my version but entered in my valid account and activation code. It said I have already 3 versions activated and it cant activate this one. Not a good situation, help.

So I called support. It was not a pleasant experience. They cant figure out how to remove the PC from the license code. Then they told me that since it was bought from Costco - Online, not their problem and they couldnt help me. Seriously. Its Intuit's license code and the product was downloaded from Intuit website. Just unbelievable. So I have a product which is valid, paid for. And since it asked me to reactivate and it cant its not their problem. Go figure.

Similar issues here. Your support seems to be useless ... sorry we can't help you as each installation counts against your 3 activation !! Believe it or not ... we do a TurboTax update on our computer and that counts against your 3 computer limit !!! How is that possible and acceptable ? 

 

Do you have a real solution to this kind of problem ?
