Had the same issue since March 9th, spoke to 4 different supposedly experts, who could not find the error.

The last one gave me an investigation number:INV-1493-9753-2365-2947-968, which you cannot input in the automated call center as the number is too long, had to give an old number to get through to an agent. This was on april 15th 2026. They were supposed to call me back or email me in 3 to 7 days. Well did not trust them to get in touch with me so I bought [another] program which is a lot cheaper. Spent a few days learning a new program that is completely different than TURBOTAX but strangely enough, was able to NETFILE only my Quebec tax return. I noticed that TURBOTAX was not inputting the ACC correctly for my husband car who is self-employed. This is not the first year that they have had mistakes on the depreciation chart, but they were able to correct this and I could NETFILE but now their Customer service is really bad. For the expensive price that we pay, we should have better service and I am only using Home & Business not tax expert.

[The other program],  after I understood how to input information, was very easy and DID generate the file TP-1.UV which is the bar code needed to NETFILE.

Yeah there was an update but it only allowed me to print a tax return without having the duplicate- do not mail mention all over it, however it still dit not generate the Bar code form TP-1.UV that Revenu Quebec needs to

process your return even by mail.

TURBOTAX erroneously write that you can still mail it without this form, but on the Site of Revenu Qc, they say you absolutely need it.

Now that I know there is also an issue with printing, I’m really hoping TurboTax will release an update to fix the problem rather than relying on workarounds. They mentioned mid‑May, but hopefully the issue affects enough tax preparers that it will be worth pushing an update sooner.

Troubleshooting

Today, April 21, I tried again, "just for kicks" and it worked. I was able to Netfile. I did nothing different. And there was no update when I opened TurboTax today.

While I am relieved that this is finally done, I remain profoundly unimpressed by TurboTax: support was terrible and the lack of information regarding the cause of the problem was just as unacceptable.

Next year will be...well...another year.

Troubleshooting

A solution for some cases (at least for mine and hopefully yours :-)) can be found at the end of this post.

After waiting several days since my original post that started this thread (hoping for a solution to be reported), my first attempt at filing this evening (April 21) resulted in the same error as originally and the same as everyone else has been experiencing.

Given that some of the postings talked about farming CCA being a possible trigger, I went to have a look and noticed that Turbotax had calculated and claimed the full amount of available CCA on form TP80.  This amount was more CCA than what was required to bring net revenue down to zero.   This "error" was present only on the Quebec TP80 form, not on the federal form (T2042).   To be clear, the right amount of CCA was  calculated on the T2042.  The error in the TP80 CCA calculation meant that net farming income on line 264 of TP80 was negative.   I had not noticed the error because when the TP80 net income number was reported up through Schedule L and onto Line 164 of TP1, it was zeroed by Turbotax which was what I was expecting.

SOLUTION: I went into the CCA calculation on form TP80 and forced the CCA rate/value to the right number (using F2), the net revenue on line 264 of TP80 went from negative to zero (as expected).  NETFILE then worked fine, no error message.  Hopefully this will be useful to some of those still experiencing this problem.  Good luck!
