Troubleshooting
Please try deleting everything in Box 14 and retype your amount. If that doesn't work, try deleting and re-entering the T4 slip.
If it still doesn't work, please try reinstalling the software, it will not delete any of your returns. You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the current TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows).
