Can you unlock my tax return so i can file it

If you're locked out of your CRA account to NetFile your return you will need to contact CRA.

If you're locked out of your TurboTax Online account- you can wait 24 hours and it will unlock or contact customer service.

I contacted CRA and they told me to contact turbo tax to get my account unlocked

@MChu  If your TurboTax account is locked, then you can wait 24 hours and try again. 

If your NETFILE account has been locked, you will need to contact the CRA. NETFILE is a service provided by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), not by TurboTax. TurboTax has no control over the CRA's servers, so we can't unlock your NETFILE account for you.
