Charged twice for filing under two different returns

I signed up for TurboTax standard online to file for both my spouse and I. I completed the return and filed my tax return using NETFILE, but then discovered my wife's SIN number had to be changed (because we became permanent residents in the past year). TurboTax would not let me change the SIN number on that existing return, so as recommended by your support person (Ticket # xxxxxxxxx) I started the return all over again, and filed my wife's return under the second one separately. I could not file my wife's return without paying the fee again, so effectively I paid for 4 returns but only used 2 because the SIN could not be changed on the original.

Could I please arrange to have one of these fees refunded to me?
