Are you getting an error message when you try to Re-File? Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?
Since I'm a QC resident, it seems as if Refile is not available to QC residents and I do not even have access to this option. QC residents are directed to go to Revenu Quebec to directly refile, however, since I don't have an R-1, not sure how to go about this.
