Thanks so much!  My refund has been approved but I'm not sure how I get the money.  Will it be e-transfered to me -- or a cheque mailed or how?  Thanks.

If you used a credit card to buy your product, the amount of the refund will be reversed back onto that same card. Note that if the software was bought from a 3rd party retailer the refund is usually processed within 2-3 weeks, but processing time can vary based on your credit card company.
