Locked Forms

I am unable to send my tax return to the CRA because of "locked forms".  I do not have any of the forms you listed as locked in a previous question.  My return is a very simple, straight forward return.  You already got my money.  I have called your help line and they were completely useless in helping me.  They can't explain the problem and just keep telling me it should be unlocked at some point.  I can't access "chat".  I'm feeling very angry and ripped off by your company.  I need someone who can actually help me.

What forms are showing as locked?  Are you using the online version or desktop?  Did you go through the step process and answer all the questions, or just start using the forms?

I used the online version and I filled out everything before beginning my income tax return.  I had no issues at all while I was completing the process.  When I was done, I saved it and exited and came back today to send it to the CRA.  Today when I logged in I received the message:

"You can't proceed further because one or more of your tax forms is currently unavailable. Please check back later. For more information, visit FAQ on Locked Forms".

It doesn't tell me which forms are locked. 

I found a list of forms that one of your specialists said were currently locked in another response to a question from a customer,  but I didn't need any of the listed forms to complete my income tax return.

I have no idea how to figure out how to unlock my return and when I called your customer service line today they just said that they couldn't help me and "hopefully soon" it will be unlocked.

This is completely unacceptable.  I should be able to talk to someone who can access my account and see exactly what the problem is and either fix it or give me back my money so I can go to a company who will actually get my taxes done.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the specifics of the online version. I use the desktop version. Often a locked form is some little glitch, such as paid medical on a T4, without answering the question about medical and specifying the dates ie Jan 1 to Dec 31. It is easy to miss.  In most situations a missed question will fail to pull up the required form, but in the situation I mentioned you would not necessarily notice.

Some T4s also have boxes that will trigger data into a self-employment T2125, such as box 48. Again there would be information missing on the T2125 that would cause it to lock.

With all due respect, how is this helpful?  If you can't help me, then who can?  I need someone who can get into my account and tell me exactly what the issue is and help me fix it or tell me how long it will take to fix it.  You can't just leave customers who have already paid for your services just hanging.  Your customer service is awful.  Tell me the name and contact info for someone who can help me.  My T4 is very simple...there is no medical boxes filled in.  UGHHHHHHHHH.  This is the worst situation I have ever had trying to file my taxes and you've taken my money and left me hanging.
