I also did not receive an activation code when I downloaded a previous (2018) return today (17-Dec-2024). A phone number was provided that is no longer in service. I have not received an email (checked in spam).
For 2018 an email receipt was resent with all the required information, Please check junk or spam folders.

I have received your response via email as well as several emails regarding "Post" badges. I have still not received an email receipt "with all the required information"...not in spam either.
I have send you a private message. Please check that and respond so I can provide you with the required information.
I received your private message yesterday and responded to it with the requested information. As of this afternoon, I have still not received an activation code.
I just received an email while typing this message stating that my response to your email yesterday had "a temporary problem delivering my message"...I did however receive another "badge" email recognizing how often I have been on your site.
Can you please send me a private message with a phone number so that I can speak with someone and get my activation code.

Can I PLEASE speak with a human being.
Your link to phone support is an automated voicemail. It asked me why I was calling and I stated "Activation Code". It wisely decided that I was asking for a License Code (I already have that) and sent me a link for license codes.
I have an Order Number, License Code, Installation Key, and Computer Key...everything except an Activation Code.
When I clicked on the email message button at the top of the TurboTax page, it had a copy of the private message that you sent me two days ago as well as a comment box. I typed in the same response that I unsuccessfully sent back to you (I am still getting "Delivery Incomplete" messages regarding that response) on the 17th, but there is no "Send/Post" button on that page.
This is beyond ridiculous.
Please have the courtesy of speaking with me directly...or just send me the Activation Code.
We have not received any message from you. Another private message has been sent. Make sure to check your junk and other folders.
